Windows 11: Unable to complete driver install

  • Epson Inkjet Printers
  • USB connections only


When attempting to install the printer driver, the user is unable to complete the install as the driver does not automatically find USB connection. The install must therefore be aborted, or a port manually added during the install process. This is due to a change in Windows 11.


Please download the latest version of the product driver from the Epson Support site dated October 21 or later to fix this issue.
